Ingredients
- 6 bags Bagels, various
- 1 bag gluten free bagels
- 2 Vegan cream cheese
- 3 onion cream cheese
- 1 regular cream cheese
- 8 avocado
- 2 cucumbers sliced
- 12 roma tomatoes sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced thinly
- Capers
- 1-2 kinds of hummus
Instructions
- Slice the veggies to they can easily layer on bagels. Toast bagels.
Additional toppings:
-Caprese: basil or pesto, tomato, mozzarella slices
– Pizza: tomato basil marinara (low fodmap), cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
